All Tidaro data centers and service providers are located within the European Union, ensuring full compliance with GDPR and EU data protection standards. Our primary infrastructure is hosted by Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd, with data processed in West Europe (Amsterdam) and North Europe (Dublin) regions. Additional trusted providers include SENDINBLUE SAS (Brevo): data processed in Brussels (GCP) and Dublin (AWS) for secure email delivery; and Freshworks GmbH: data processed in Frankfurt (AWS) for managing customer and user support requests. All partners are ISO 27001-certified or equivalent and process only limited data (name, surname, email address, license plate number) under the legitimate interest basis defined in our Privacy Policy.

Tidaro offers flexible payment options to fit your organization’s needs. You can pay by bank transfer based on an issued invoice (standard 30-day payment term) or conveniently via Stripe using a credit or debit card. Electronic invoices are sent directly to your billing contact, and custom billing terms can be arranged under an Enterprise agreement.
Yes. Tidaro primarily issues quotes and invoices in EUR, USD, PLN, and GBP, depending on your organization’s location and billing preferences. If you operate in another country, we can provide invoices in your local currency upon request. Our sales team will confirm the available currency options during the quotation process to make billing as convenient as possible.
