What I really appreciate about the Tidaro team is that they listen to users. They respond to our needs; the application is a product that changes and responds to changing needs to solve problems. From my perspective, parking is another resource in the office that needs to be managed, and Tidaro helps me with that.

A parking spot booking system lets employees book a parking space before arriving at the office, removing uncertainty and saving time. With Tidaro, users can easily book a spot via the mobile or web app, and administrators can manage availability, zones, and access rules. It helps ensure fair use of parking spaces, reduce conflicts, and make parking management effortless for everyone.
Using a parking spot booking system like Tidaro helps your company bring order and fairness to parking. Employees no longer waste time searching for a free spot, and administrators can see exactly how the parking area is used. This leads to higher employee satisfaction, fewer conflicts, and better use of available space, often reducing the need to rent additional spots. Tidaro also offers real-time data and reports, helping you make smarter decisions about parking capacity and policies.
Users simply open the mobile or web app, choose the interactive map, pick a specific spot, and confirm the booking, either for the whole day or by the hour. Administrators can create parking zones, assign users or groups to specific areas, and set booking rules. If someone parks in the wrong place, Tidaro helps identify the vehicle using its license plate number, making parking management simple and transparent.
Tidaro is available as both a mobile app for iOS, Android, and Huawei devices, and as a web application designed with a mobile-first approach. The web version delivers a fully responsive experience and works seamlessly on smartphones, tablets, and desktops without the need for installation. Employees can book desks, rooms, or parking spots anytime and anywhere using the app or web browser. Administrators manage everything from the web application, including user access, booking rules, maps, and reports. This approach ensures easy rollout, no device management, and consistent usability across all platforms.
Tidaro gives administrators full control over access to office spaces and resources. You can define who can view and book specific areas, such as certain floors, teams’ zones, or parking levels. Access can be set individually or by user groups, ensuring employees only see the spaces relevant to them. This helps keep bookings organized, supports workplace policies, and ensures each employee has access to the right areas.
Yes. You can easily decide which employees get access to specific modules, for example, some can use desk booking, others parking booking, or both. These settings can be configured during setup or adjusted later in the admin panel at any time.
Yes. Administrators can permanently assign resources, such as desks or parking spots, to specific employees. This is useful for roles that require a dedicated workspace or booked parking space. Assignments can be managed and updated at any time in the admin panel, giving you full control over resource allocation.
Yes. Administrators can create bookings on behalf of users directly from the Tidaro admin panel. This is useful when booking desks or parking spots for guests, managers, or employees who don’t have access to the app at the moment.
Yes. Tidaro includes an optional resource-sharing feature, currently available for parking spots. Employees with an assigned spot can share it with a specific colleague or make it temporarily available for others to book when they’re not using it. This feature supports hybrid work models and helps organizations make better use of limited parking or workspace resources.
Yes. Tidaro automatically sends notifications and reminders to users about their upcoming bookings and any changes to bookings. These notifications help reduce no-shows and ensure employees stay informed about their parking bookings. Administrators can also enable specific reminder settings to match internal communication preferences.
Yes. Priority booking is available for parking spaces and can be managed through group assignments. Administrators can assign specific user groups, for example, managers, departments, or company car users, to have early or exclusive access to selected parking spots. This ensures efficient use of parking areas while giving priority groups guaranteed access when needed.
If an issue occurs, users can simply use the “I have a parking issue” feature in the Tidaro app. By entering the vehicle’s license plate number, the system will identify the driver and suggest who to contact to resolve the situation quickly. This helps maintain order in shared parking areas and reduces the need for manual coordination.
Yes. Administrators can make entering a license plate number mandatory for all users who book parking spots. This improves parking management and security by allowing users to quickly identify vehicles and resolve issues such as blocked or incorrectly parked cars directly through the app without involving administrators. It helps keep the parking area organized and ensures smoother communication between employees when problems occur. The feature is optional and can be enabled during setup or later, depending on your company’s policy. Tidaro never collects license plate data automatically, it is only gathered if your organization chooses to use it.
Yes. Tidaro offers parking-specific integrations with several Access Control Systems to automate vehicle access based on active bookings. Supported systems include Amano, ParkCash, and Green Center. These integrations are optional and priced individually, depending on your parking setup and technical requirements. They allow seamless synchronization between parking bookings and physical gate access, improving security, automation, and user convenience.
