Back in 2020 Danone Poland was under pressure when it came to managing its office car park.
The company had a fixed number of parking spaces, which became insufficient to accommodate the increasing number of company cars. Also, according to the company’s policy, company cars were provided with a parking spot in the office. Four years earlier, everyone had their own parking spot, moreover, there were other commercial parking lots available outside the Danone building. The problem began to grow with the increase in the number of company cars in the company. New buildings and offices were built in the area and the problem with places grew exponentially.
Danone chose Tidaro as their parking management solution.
After the implementation, Danone managed to:
Our goal was to make efficient use of parking spaces. I think that we have managed to achieve the goal as far as the assumption is concerned. However, here there is also a decisive human factor that affects efficiency.
Magdalena Szlasa | Office Manager
Essentially, Tidaro acted as a digital parking assistant, helping the company make the most of its limited parking resources.
What I really appreciate about the Tidaro team is that they listen to users. They respond to our needs; the application is a product that changes and responds to changing needs to solve problems. From my perspective, parking is another resource in the office that needs to be managed, and Tidaro helps me with that.

At the beginning of the cooperation, having an app to book parking spots was new to the Danone Poland employees. Today it is something obvious, which helps them in their daily work, says Magda.
Danone’s employees think of Tidaro very positively, especially since the ideas that they themselves suggested were implemented (queuing, for example).
So far, they do not see any shortcomings. The app is constantly being developed to meet the needs of users, and this is very much appreciated.
Danone, a global leader in the food and beverage industry, faced a common yet challenging issue: limited parking space for its growing workforce.
By implementing Tidaro’s parking management solution, the company effectively optimized parking resources, improved employee satisfaction, and streamlined administrative processes.
By working closely together and prioritizing user feedback, Danone and Tidaro were able to solve the challenges faced by the employees in the office car park.
From booking desks to managing the car park and coordinating meeting bookings, Tidaro helps you build a more efficient workplace while reducing overhead costs. See the difference we can make.
