Click on Employees at the top of the screen. Then, in the bottom right corner, click on Assign an employee. Select the employee you want to add to the zone from the list and confirm the selection with the Assign button.
From the home screen, go to the Preferences tab in the upper right corner. Continue to the Manage Office Areas section, then select the area you want to make reservations in from the list.
In the list that appears, click on the desk you wish to reserve. The application will display the details of the desk. Click the Edit button next to the default status item.
On the screen that appears, change the status of the desk by clicking reserved and select the employee to whom you are assigning the desk from the list below. Confirm the action with the Change Status button.

Here, in addition to assigning a desk to an employee, you can:
From the home screen, go to the Preferences tab in the upper right corner. Continue to the Office overview section. In this section, you can view who has reserved desks on a given day.
You can select the date and zone you want to view from the drop-down lists.
Under Office Overview you can also change the status of desks, but only on a selected day. To do this, click the Change button next to the desk.
If you want to assign a desk to an employee, select the employee from the list. To disable desk reservations, select restrict for office use. If a desk is reserved, you can change its status to free by clicking release for everyone to use. After selecting an action, confirm it with the Confirm button.
We know that some people need to book parking spots ahead of time. Tidaro’s priority system allows companies to prioritize certain bookings over others.
With this feature, you can indicate the level of priority for specific people. We understand that some internal policies can require priority in bookings ahead. The system will then prioritize those bookings accordingly, ensuring that spots are available for those who need them the most.
How do booking priorities work?
You need to get in touch with Tidaro’s support team to help you out in defining the groups and the number of days allowed for booking ahead. This will impact how many days ahead a particular employee will be allowed to see when booking a parking spot.
Next, from the Preferences tab you will be able to assign employees to a particular group.
For example, you can have a group called “Drivers” for all the employees that are driving the company’s cars. You can allow them to book 10 days in advance.
In the example below, Nancy has been assigned to the Sales Team and Drivers groups. You can always go to Edit and change the group for a specific employee.
In Tidaro’s admin area you can check the availability of meeting rooms in the office. Here are the steps for this:
From Dashboard->Preferences, head over to “Manage Rooms”.
Next, select Rooms Overview in order to check the availability of meeting rooms in the office, inside a calendar view.
