If your meeting has ended faster than planned, you can release the room with one click. To do so, click release room now on the home screen. The app will complete the booking and the room will again appear in the pool of available rooms.
The meetings completed in this way will be still visible in the calendar, only the time of their finish will change.
The release room now button is not immediately visible in the app. This option does not appear until 5 minutes after the start of the meeting.
