To access the Colleague Finder feature, click the find my colleague button at the bottom of the home screen. Then enter the name of the person you are looking for and click their name in the list displayed. The app will show their desk on an interactive map.
From the map, you can book a desk next to the person you are looking for by clicking on a vacant desk and confirming your selection with the Book this desk button.
To search for another person, click the Colleagues button above the map and follow the previous steps.
When you are in the map view of the office there is the option to see who is in the office or a certain zone. Go below the map and tap on Who is in the zone, to see which desks your colleagues booked.
